Columbia designed this ground-up development project with Perkins&Will to be the premier office building south of 14th Street, boasting great transit access, unique design, modern efficiency and neighborhood appeal. The striking building boasts 15' ceiling heights, with floor-to-ceiling glass and private terraces on most floors, offering a uniquely creative and collaborative environment.

799 Broadway was constructed to meet the highest certification standards for indoor air quality, efficient and sustainable operations, best-in-class green building and health and safety infrastructure and design, and connectivity, and has been awarded ENERGY STAR Certification, Fitwel 2-Star Rating Design Certification, LEED Gold Certification, WiredScore Gold and SmartScore Gold Certification, and is applying for WELL Certification.
